These stones are hand picked from local Manitoba rocks. The stone are then coated in Pure Copper and polished for the shine.

The Worry Stone may be considered the First fidget device. Ancient peoples often passed these stones to younger generations for continuity and tradition.

Each stone fits nicely in your hand. Can be used as a worry or pocket stone. Can be considered a Chakra, Cleansing, Stress Relief stone.

Copper has been used by Indigenous people in North America for over 6000 years. Veins of Copper could be readily found in the Great Lakes region (Lake Superior). These exposed and mined veins were harvested for trading and for tool making. Approx. 3000 years ago, Copper begin its influences in ancient trade networks. Copper sourced from the Great Lakes can be found in Archeological and Heritage sites throughout North American.

Some Native North American Indian societies consider Copper to be a sacred element with healing properties. Pure Copper vessels are used to purify water in ceremonies.

Science parallels indigenous beliefs by suggesting Copper has medical benefits; including Anti-microbial and Anti-Viral properties. More recent studies suggest that Copper can kill Covid in four hours.

Copper in any state will oxide. That oxidization process will discolor the copper over time. This process is called a Patina. This is normal, and over time, will change from Bright Copper to Penny Brown or a variation.

Pandemic and various stages of lockdowns have impacted Shipping time.

For most items Shipping will be processed within a few days, ideally 24 hours after purchace. (if the order is made before 1pm CST). Otherwise it is shipped the next business day unless it is a holiday, then the following business day..

Shipping comes with a tracking number.

I will ship to the specified shipping address on your Etsy account. Please make sure the Shipping Address field you want the items to go to is correct. I will not be held responsible if the item is shipped to the wrong address. Etsy provides shipping labels that generate using the shipping address you provide.

I am not responsible for any lost or returned parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses, items not claimed, or items rejected, issues with your country's customs, laws, etc. If the parcel is returned to me for the above reasons, you will be notified through the Etsy platform. Wholesale availability

Do you seal your items?

Seal: A sealed item provides extra protection from wear, tear, and oxidization.

We seal most items in a lacquer or a resin.

Do you use plated materials?

I will electroplate a material (mostly chains) to match the finish of the electroformed item I created.

Some items I will use multiple electroplates with different metals to create a particular aesthetic.

Chains?

At a Minimum I use Brass and/or Copper Chains. I may apply additional electroplating to the chain to match the object it would go with.

Care instructions

Depends on what the item is.

Most pendants are sealed using a super cool polymer and don't need care other then a wash with soap and water.

Items finished with electroplating...a toothbrush to clean, and wax (Carnauba usually) to seal.

Best method is to keep them clean and dry.

How are the items shipped (Boxes, stuffing, etc)?

I would very much like to have branded boxes made from unbleached recycled brown paper and such. However, I am just starting out and keeping things at a minimum for the time being.

Most items are placed in a recycled paper gift box and shipped in a bubble envelope.
